  I went here on December 31 before they closed. I arrived 3 to 5 minutes before closing and even preempted by ordering on the mobile app with 6000 points used for it 5 minutes before that. When I drove up, I was promptly told they’re no longer making food even though I put the mobile order in 5 minutes before. They really didn’t give a damn at all. I’ve been waiting for a refund and still haven’t received one. I tried calling the phone number listed in the app and on Google, both of which go to a voice that says they are not accepting calls. Now what? This is probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had in a very long time.

  It's McDonald's. So nothing too exceptional about that but I went there to get my birthday reward and the person messed up my order. I went back the next day and they fixed it for me with no fuss. So as far as McDonald's goes this one might be my favorite.

  Other than almost sitting on a wet bench seat it's one of the better McDonald's in the area. Service was quick, got and tasty.

  My major complaint with this mcdonalds is I couldn't tell you how many times I place an order on the app, pull up to the drive thru and told they aren't taking orders right now cause the system is down or some other lame excuse. Come on really! This has happened multiple times during the very early morning hours between 4-5 am. At this point now I already lost my chance to use my app exclusive deal which is not the end of the world but come on, too often this happens. Otherwise usually employees are pleasant but sometimes service can be slow even in the early morning hours also.

  No one ever checks the orders, every time I go there im missing something amd today I got my kids a 10 piece and a 20 pcs chicken nuggets and what do you no they didn't put sauce i had to wait 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me and the girls gave me 3 sauces and then I practically had to yell to get the managers attention and asked for the rest of the sauces and another supervisor decided to give me the 3rd degree on sauces when they weren't even in the bag. Its not hard to get it right ive been in food service for 20 yrs I check and double check orders so im not missing something and they dont even care.
