  Got 2 filet o fish sandwiches the other day. Where were the steamed buns? Mine were toasted. Ruined the entire taste. I only got the filet o fish because of the tv commercial which clearly states “steamed buns”.

  you order and they rush so much... they rush to the point they forget to put meat in a burger?!?! how does that even happen... this place has changed since new management took over... always having issues now and too exhausted to care to go back for them to constantly have to fix their own mistakes...

  I went here on December 31 before they closed. I arrived 3 to 5 minutes before closing and even preempted by ordering on the mobile app with 6000 points used for it 5 minutes before that. When I drove up, I was promptly told they’re no longer making food even though I put the mobile order in 5 minutes before. They really didn’t give a damn at all. I’ve been waiting for a refund and still haven’t received one. I tried calling the phone number listed in the app and on Google, both of which go to a voice that says they are not accepting calls. Now what? This is probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had in a very long time.

  It's McDonald's. So nothing too exceptional about that but I went there to get my birthday reward and the person messed up my order. I went back the next day and they fixed it for me with no fuss. So as far as McDonald's goes this one might be my favorite.
