Our waiter Will was fantastic. He was attentive to our needs and friendly. It is apparent that he has a good rapport with his manager and other teammates. Also. The executive sous chef Matthew makes a delicious pecan pie. We tried it based on Will's recommendation and were not disappointed. The wine we got was delicious and the food outstanding. City Winery is definitely on our list of places to return!

I come here about four or five times a year.Usually sitting in the live shows.Staff is great.Food is really good My only problem is, the beer is extremely warm Almost hot. If it was one time I can understand but it's every single time.Nothing worse than paying eleven bucks for a beer and it'd be warm.

From start to finish, the City Winery team was truly extraordinary. Every step of the way — through countless Zoom calls, in-person meetings, and thoughtful planning — they made us feel so supported and cared for. Colleen, Kim, Sarah, Fletcher, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we had ever dreamed of (and more). When unexpected rain forced us to pivot our plans just an hour before the ceremony, this incredible team worked absolute magic. In what felt like the blink of an eye, they transformed our reception space into the most breathtaking ceremony setting — even moving our Chuppah from the riverfront and seamlessly reorganizing restaurant reservations to create a perfect cocktail hour. Watching it all come together was nothing short of awe-inspiring. Their dedication, teamwork, and grace under pressure left us speechless. The venue itself is stunning — from the warm, romantic ambiance of the barn to the relaxed setting of the Nest, every detail was thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed. There are endless beautiful corners for photos, but the true heart of City Winery lies in its people. They made our day feel effortless, joyful, and deeply special. We will forever be grateful for this team and the love and care they poured into making our wedding so unforgettable. I’ll be reliving this day for the rest of my life — and it’s all thanks to them. ❤️

I wanted so bad to like the spicy vodka rigatoni and the side Italian chopped salad but it missed the mark for me. Too much sauce, not spicy at all, I wish it came with bread, I salvaged the remaining noodles as a second meal for later. Something told me to try the pizza and/or wings but I tried the pasta and I regret it.
The bartender's service was lovely, live music from Christine Chanel was such a treat, wine and dessert saved me and the seasonal cocktail was delicious. The hostess was very welcoming and helpful. My next visit to New York I'll be back because the ambience, location and staff are so worth it.
