Summer is finally here! It’s our fifth year at 786 Montauk Hwy - the former proprietorship known (infamously to some) as Johnny’s Tackle Shop. This year, we are thrilled to re-open the Bluestone Lane Beach Collective, a fresh retail lifestyle concept at the end of The Hamptons. We are excited to partner with Los Angeles based fashion brand Frankies Bikinis, who will be trading in our combined retail/café space for the entirety of the summer.
Expect to find your summer beach bag + wardrobe essentials including new and trend-driven swimwear, apparel sets that tie back to the swim, gradual self tanning lotion, hats, sandals and some styles that will be exclusively available to shop at this pop-up.

This summer, you will find our full premium coffee & tea offering, including iced coffees, teas, golden, matcha and beet lattes. We’ll have delicious baked goods and of course, our open toasts including the signature classic Avocado Smash for you.

- GGGrahameJun 4, 20251.0One of the things I wanted to do whilst visiting the USA was visit a Bluestone Lane coffee shop. I’m an Australian, and this business started in Australia. I was very happy to spot Bluestone Lane Montauk, and I was very keen for a decent coffee. I entered the cafe at 4.03pn and the coffee machine was still working, and 1-2 people waiting for their orders. I was told that “sorry, we are not doing any more coffee, we closed for coffee at 4pm. We have other things to do”.I looked at my watch, I couldn’t believe it! The brand is supposedly known for bringing Australian café culture to the U.S., emphasizing community-focused hospitality….well that’s not Aussie hospitality. These young people clearly don’t own the business. And to be fair they did offer me a free coffee if I came back tomorrow. No thanks, there are other choices in Montauk who value customers
