  The Wendy’s in Monroe was great. The food was fresh, the service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The place was clean and my order came out right. Good spot if you want a fast and easy

  Disfrute mucho este lugar porque en mi país ya no existe esta franquicia, me encanta sus hamburguesas y papas, esta afuera de un walmart asi que podemos hacer compras y luego comer. No estaba muy lleno asi que no espere casi nada. Venden unas galletas muy ricas.

  The white lady with glasses at the drive thru today was very snobby and when i asked why a sauce i paid for wasn’t added she said it doesn’t matter. Unprofessional as hell and while I was waiting in the drive thru before the second window, the car in front of us were causing a scene and they were yelling and cussing like ?? Is this the image they want? Get it together

  Absolutely terrible service, spent over $40 to have almost nothing correct. And had an excuse to not give me any sauce even tho I was willing to pay. Very disappointing and when I tried to have it fixed there was no accommodation.

  Good, friendly, helpful accommodating service, however they didn't have apple juice, and the soda machine was only partially working. I wanted iced tea, and the only flavor they had was strawberry--it tasted terrible, so maybe something was up with the syrup, the other machine wouldn't respond to my tapping. 🙄 Also my biscuit was too greasy and the bacon was very hard/stiff.
