I ordered food online for pickup and was extremely disappointed with both the quality and presentation. I paid $22 for what was a very small portion of chicken, and when I asked about it, the staff member simply shrugged and said they were probably busy, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
More concerning, the chicken was undercooked and completely inedible. The coconut shrimp were overly greasy and saturated with oil, while the grilled shrimp were also undercooked.
For a total bill of $90, this experience felt like a complete waste of money. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location

Food tasted like chalk, and I found hair in my food. The atmosphere was terrible, with cockroaches, and the service was terrible. I’m Muslim, and I told them I needed a napkin, and they told me to use my hijab. They said, “use the napkin on your head.”
WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. I have been here a few times with my husband... this is the first time I watched a table go unattended for about an hour while others were served normally. Notably they were the only table from a different racial background and their experience appeared very different from those around them. NOT A GOOD LOOK. When they tried to get help, the manager was VERY unprofessional... The disparity was hard to ignore and created a VERY uncomfortable atmosphere. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!! Food was okay but I was VERY disturbed.
Update:
The response appears to be a template and does not address what actually occurred. This was not a minor “hiccup.”
I have already sent an email and hope to receive a proper follow-up
People who were involved in

Not even 1 star.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was significant enough that I feel it needs to be shared.
We visited after spending the day at West Point, where my younger sibling attends. It was supposed to be a special evening, but the entire experience ended up being ruined by how we were treated.
When we arrived, I approached the host stand and clearly stated that we were a party of three. Both hostesses avoided eye contact and did not acknowledge us. Even after waiting, I was told to step aside so they could assist other guests, and we were effectively ignored until another staff member later came to ask our party size again.
We were eventually seated at a high-top (bar) table. After being seated, we waited over 20 minutes without any server coming to our table, while multiple tables that arrived after us were attended to without issue.
During that time, we could clearly see and overhear staff members discussing among themselves who would take our table, which explained why no one had come to assist us. It was obvious there was confusion and a lack of coordination.
When a server finally approached, there was no acknowledgment of the wait. Instead, we were immediately asked, “Are you ready to order?” multiple times, without any greeting or explanation, which came across as abrupt and unprofessional.
Throughout the entire experience, the pattern of being ignored, delayed, and then addressed without basic courtesy made the situation feel more than just a simple mistake.
What made this even more disappointing is that the restaurant displays West Point affiliation and pride. Given that we had just come from visiting the academy, the level of service we experienced did not reflect that standard at all.
Overall, this was a very poor experience and not something I would expect any customer to go through.
Please don’t treat any customer like this again. I sincerely hope the company establishes proper training and service standards moving forward.

What happened at this restaurant was deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
When my family arrived, my cousin asked multiple times for a table for three and was ignored by the hostesses, Madison and Jasenia. We were eventually seated, but after that we waited roughly 30 minutes without service, even while other tables that were seated after us were acknowledged and served first.
Then a server from across the resturant (From a different section) approached us and commented on how it was weird we weren't being served. She kindly stated she would figure things out for us.
When our server, Brittney, finally approached the table, her tone was abrupt and dismissive. She immediately demanded we order. When my mother tried to ask a question about the menu, she was cut off and told again to order. At that point, after already feeling ignored and disrespected, I asked to speak with a manager.
Unfortunately, the manager, Piper, did not meaningfully address what had happened. Rather than seriously considering the concerns we raised, the focus quickly shifted to whether we were still willing to place an order. By then, I was done letting my family be so shamelessly disrespected and we decided to leave.
What made this especially troubling was the clear discrepancy between how my family was treated and how other guests were treated around us. My mother and cousin both have accents, and we are of Asian descent. Based on what we directly experienced that evening, I left with the strong impression that those factors played a role in the dismissive treatment we received. And that is not a conclusion I make lightly.
What stood out even more was that the staff’s attitude seemed to change once they learned that I am a West Point Cadet. That only made the earlier treatment more concerning, because basic courtesy should not depend on who a customer is, how they speak, or whether they have some title that suddenly makes staff take them seriously.
I am not interested in an ai generated apology. I want accountability, and I want meaningful change in how customers are treated at this establishment. I have already begun reaching out to regional management, and that process is ongoing.
I am also considering recording this incident via DOJ Civil Rights Department, New York AG, and Orange County Human Rights Commision. While I understand neither may lead to immediate action, creating a documented record of these concerns could make any future investigation easier to pursue.
The individuals involved were:
Manager: Piper
Server: Brittney
Hostesses: Madison and Jasenia
