Nobody said hello. We put our order in at the kiosk. We went down to the counter to pick up our two parfaits, which most Panera’s usually have them premade. Nobody was at the pick up counter. Nobody was working on our order. Not a soul in sight, yet we heard the voices of the employees. Finally, my husband asked if anybody was working on our order. We track down three employees who were handling bread. One woman was giving instructions. Another woman was doing the work. And the third woman was watching. Nobody wanted to fill our order. Which again was too simple parfaits, and two large cups. When they finally gave us two large cups, we went to the fountain drinks, and the drinks weren’t available. There was no tea made. And my husband could not get a soda. The soda was empty! When we asked if we could get help, they told us they were working on something and we needed to wait. So we ended up just getting a refund. Completely incompetent people. They open at 6 AM. Why are their drinks not out?

Then told me to throw it away in nearby garbage. Will NOT be returning ever to this location 9/22/25.
