From the moment we walked in, the energy was warm and welcoming — but the true highlight of our visit was Susan, our waitress. She is a superstar. Susan remembered every single order at our table without writing anything down — and didn’t miss a beat. Not one swap, not one modification… nothing! I don’t know how she does it, but it was seriously impressive. On top of that, she kept us laughing the entire time. Her humor, personality, and timing were perfect. It honestly felt like we were being served by a stand-up comedian who also happens to be incredibly good at her job. The food was delicious, the service was fast, and Susan made the whole experience unforgettable. If you’re going to Empire Diner, ask for Susan — she’ll make your day! Highly recommend this place. 💛

I purchased the avacado omelette and it was delicious. It came out fast and hot within about 15 minutes. The coffee wasn’t too strong, but it was good. This place has a great vibe to it. My family has been coming here for years, and they say the cheesecake is phenomenal here. Would highly recommend this diner.

- NANicole ArroyoNov 17, 20251.0I’m not even trying to be a tough critic, I came here with my mother to eat breakfast, the atmosphere was so chaotic it felt over stimulating, overly packed to where the waiter wasn’t attentive and kept forgetting to give us what we ordered. We were ignored and when our food came to the table it was tossed on the table and he left before we could even say thank you or ask for ketchup. Ordered a latte that never made it to the table, waited 20 mins for it and when the waiter came, he asked if I got it I said NO I just want my check , proceeded to go check out and a family wanted a separate bill which made us wait 15 mins for that to be sorted out. It was a mess I left no tip.
