- NANicole Arroyo6 days ago1.0I’m not even trying to be a tough critic, I came here with my mother to eat breakfast, the atmosphere was so chaotic it felt over stimulating, overly packed to where the waiter wasn’t attentive and kept forgetting to give us what we ordered. We were ignored and when our food came to the table it was tossed on the table and he left before we could even say thank you or ask for ketchup. Ordered a latte that never made it to the table, waited 20 mins for it and when the waiter came, he asked if I got it I said NO I just want my check , proceeded to go check out and a family wanted a separate bill which made us wait 15 mins for that to be sorted out. It was a mess I left no tip.

Luckily we caught the mistake and were able to recover the food AFTER it was delivered to the wrong house. On top of that our food was soggy and the bags were covered in a thick layer of grease. All the boxes were smashed and the food was smooshed. The bag of coleslaw and silverware was just throw together and a few of the coleslaw cups were open and spilling everywhere. Very disappointing for the ridiculous price you charge for mediocre food and service. Definitely will not be eating here again and will not recommend it. Also not fully sure you are responsible for the delivery process but regardless you need to hold your delivery to a higher standard, this is unacceptable.
