  I had the worst experience I’ve EVER had with Dominos in Monroe NY. I placed an order for 2 pies of pizza @ 1:50pm. At 2:39pm I checked the tracker app, it said that the food was delivered at 2:09pm (I have a photo). So I went to my door to grab the food. To my surprise, no food. So I checked my ring camera to see if something happened to my food. No one had come to my door within my order time, to the time I checked the door. So I called the store. The manager answered and said it should be there soon. I waited almost another 30 minutes and then called again. He then asked for the last 4 digits of my phone number. He told me it was delivered and left outside, and to please check again. I knew it wasn’t but I did it anyway. He proceeded to tell the delivery driver to talk to me. He yelled at me stating he left the food at my house, and he knows where I live. I haven’t been yelled at this way since I was young. He went back and forth with me even though I told him i had a ring camera and I couldn’t prove he never got here. He then yelled and said “You can take it up with the manager!” He passed the phone to his manager and I yelled at the manager for letting one of his employees yell at me, a customer! He apologized for his employee. Over and over. The manager offered to send the food again. But at this point I didn’t want it anymore. I asked him to cancel. He refunded me.

  Me dirijo exactamente al encargado oh el manager ise la llamada para hacer un pedido y la primera ves ni siquiera espero q yo le dijera y me colgó la llamada ago un llamado para q revisen a su personal ya q están atendiendo de mala gana asus clientes y volví hacer la llamada y nunca tomaron mi llamada ya q estuve mucho tiempo esperando y nada deberían de revisar eso ya q si no es x los clientes no tienen nada y pongan personas q si qieran trabajar y atender bien a sus clientes

  i order a pizza and my app told me it was ready even on the tv at the spot told me it was ready and they was still making the pizza ... a couple (not all ) employees gave me a attitude due to me telling him my order is ready and still had to wait 15 minutes once i got my pizza im was missing toppings and they just said sorry not the first time , im over this place
