  I would have posted a picture of my order but I tooore that bag up! 🤣 But seriously, this was my very first time trying WingStop here. The dining area and restrooms were spotless! I also wanted to take the time to shout out Luka and Ebony (I hope I spelled their names right). They greeted me with a smile and ensured my order was accurate and piping hot! Most of all, their overall demeanor and kindness made the experience great and I will certainly be back soon. Thanks again! ☺️

  On April 1st before I started my late shift I said let me try the Wing Stop at the strip mall. The cashier was very nice took my order she suggested an 5 piece wing for me Original Hot sauce no fries and a drink. Simple I got there @ 2:30pm it was 2:45pm and a orders that came after me where done. I asked the cashier what's up w/ my order? She checked and she asked a young lady up front and she looked at her screen and I knew they forgot to place the order. Cashier confirmed it and I said I need to leave and I would like a refund cashier went to the young lady again they whispered to each other and the young lady reacted to a timer and said out loud oh that's the Original Wings beep that the chicken is being cooked. I was upset and said no I need to go I want my money back. SILENCE no one moved I was not approached, again said out loud hello i need to go can I get my money back again silence. The young lady went to the back and sent a young male work to me and gave me a bag it was not my order i only had a small 5 wings the order was of the family next to me now i could have walked out and I was more upset that the young lady who now i assumed was the manager sent a worker to deal w/ me other than approaching me herself. Now I'm visually upset demanded my money back! Now, from her station the Young lady "Mgr" said she couldn't do that. I have never heard of this in my frustration I left and said keep the "beeping" chicken. I feel robed for my money and not treated kindly or attentively by the young lady "Mgr" I will never go back to this Wing Stop very unprofessional the staff there needs better leadership and not try and send their workers to deal w/ situations like this I have called my bank to not pay for this purchase.

  We visited on March 17. Had a little issue with our order but the staff inside it was so incredibly nice and helpful. It didn’t even matter in the end they were able to help immediately the food was really delicious and the price was great. Chicken was fresh. The sandwich was good no complaints! Definitely recommend.

  My wife and I visited this Wingstop location in Mohegan Lake for the first time today, and unfortunately it will also be our last. From the moment we walked in, the overall cleanliness and atmosphere were very disappointing. The dining area and beverage station were visibly dirty, and there was no ice available. Instead of proper napkins, there was a roll of paper towels at the counter, which did not feel sanitary. We also observed several employees handling food without gloves, which was concerning from a guest perspective. Our table had not been cleaned, and my wife ended up wiping it down herself. During our visit, we did not see any employee come out to clean the dining room. The kitchen area also appeared unkempt. At one point, an employee dropped a sleeve of cups on the floor and did not pick them up, and two other employees walked past without addressing it. That moment really explained the overall condition of the store. As for the food, it was mediocre at best. The wings were not cooked to our liking and lacked the quality we expected. For comparison, we have consistently had much better experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings in terms of cleanliness, service, and food quality. This location has significant room for improvement. Overall, this was a very disappointing and off-putting experience. We hope management takes cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience more seriously moving forward.
