I do, however, wish with all my heart that management would do something about the deli. Nine out of ten times I’ve been *completely* ignored as I stand at the counter. I started thinking perhaps I’d died in a crash on the way to the store and was a ghost. Staffing isn’t the issue, there are always two or three people on station- they just won’t acknowledge my presence. When they do, it seems like they’re irritated to take my order. I played a game a few times to see how long they’d make me wait. It ended with me not getting deli meat. I’ve actually started going to the deli at Shoprite on principle. It isn’t in my nature to make comments to the staff and It isn’t my place to tell them how to do their job…but man, I wish their manager would.
