  I recently went to a here where the employee was extremely rude and made my visit terrible. I was trying to redeem my free donut offer as well as the tote. When I asked about it I was screamed at and was told she doesn’t know anything and that I don’t get the donut. Instead of other staff member R stepping up they supported her. I decided to walk out. This is unacceptable as management they need to do better.

  Never coming back to this location. Order two donuts and one hot matcha latte with oat milk. The first time they gave my order it was missing a donut and they gave me iced matcha latte. I asked he could please give me the missing donuts and to make my drink hot. He apologized and gave me my another hot cup and missing donut. Got home to eat and drink my matcha. Donuts were a rock on how hard they were and guess what? They gave me a chai latte with regular milk. Conclusion everything to the garbage. Waste of time and money!

  Had to wait 10 minutes and the cashier was so rude i don’t know what kind of language they’re speaking but maximum of the customers were filled very uncomfortable, need to change the stuff or crew members

  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Dunkin'. During a visit this morning to redeem a promotional offer for a complimentary donut and coffee, I inquired with a staff member about the inclusion of a donut with the coffee. Unfortunately, another employee responded unprofessionally, making the interaction unpleasant. I hope management will address this issue to ensure all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.
