  I have to say I live next-door and I’m very disappointed. I love Steve the owner or the manager he’s great and normally they’re OK in there and I don’t have issues but went in today again asking for nitro And since the remodel still have been told no, then they don’t even have Dunkin midnight coffee, which is on their menu The gentleman that would be behind the counter today was the only one at 6 PM by himself with a line of four of us when he came to take my order as I was next I asked simply for a cold brew, since they didn’t have that nitro but I also asked for the syrup vanilla sugar-free one flavor only and he repeated it back to me and said black and I said yes, just a splash and cold foam on top when I received it he argued with me that I ordered vanilla Swirl which I know I clearly didn’t and so did the two gentleman behind me online they clearly heard the whole conversation I’m not saying a customer is always right. What I’m saying is since the remodel and revamp of the store which looks nicer, fresher cleaner, and me living in the apartments next-door to this place they need to do better. You don’t need to argue with me over what I know what I ordered you put it in wrong on your computer it’s your mistake. It’s very simple to correct it but he wanted to argue and insist I was wrong. I’ll take it. You made my coffee the right way for me. In the end. All is fine. All is good. I do highly suggest since you have tap being offered that you actually fulfill everything that’s on that tap so that people can order it and that you especially at 6 PM at night have Dunkin midnight it is not discontinued. It’s served all over another Dunkin’ Donuts so why the cutbacks why come out with other coffee and not serve it I’m confused and I’m a little disappointed as of right now I’d rather drive to the other Dunkin’ Donuts down Mineola across from Starbucks until they rectify their situations

  Be aware that if you order a BACON JAM BREAKFAST SANDWICH TELL THEM HOW MUCH MAPLE Syrup you want them to put on, when I opened mine there was so much that it dripped all over and I had to throw away the bottom piece of bread, it was so soggy!!!!!!!!’

  BEWARE of the middle aged man with glasses who was working Sunday night, 2/15! My partner ordered a meal through the app and paid extra to add cold foam. When we arrived to pick up the order, this man started to prepare the coffee, and told my partner that he would have to pay 70 cents right then and there to add the cold foam that he had ALREADY paid for! This man then said that the app doesn’t charge for cold foam so we had to pay for it before he made the coffee, but when I argued that it was already paid for, he ignored me and kept trying to get us to pay. When we made it clear that we weren’t going to pay (extra for an order that was already paid), he acted as if he was doing us a favor. I have attached two photos showing the difference between the meal with and without cold foam.

  The whole morning staff is incredibly so kind. They know their usuals and greet them once they walk in. Never had a problem with their service. Very sweet from the manager to staff in the mornings. 5 stars for all of them.
