- MMMaribethDec 22, 20252.0Purchased a coffee for $3.73. I gave the employee $5. My change was $1.25, not $1.27 which is the correct amount and the amount displayed on the register as change. I asked if they stopped giving pennies and was told yes. However, there are no signs that I could see regarding this policy, and I was not informed when I gave the employee the cash. Makes me sad.

The staff is terrible; I genuinely thought they had AI robots running the drive-thru. The food is usually undercooked too, so skip that altogether. This is the first time in my life I’ve ever written a negative review, which shows you just how dogwater this place is. The other two Dunkin’s in B-Spa are great, so don’t waste your time with this one.
- KKKitty KNov 15, 20251.0Went to this Dunkin because this is my closest Dunkin to my house. We ordered the Bacon Jam sandwich and halfway thru my sandwich there was a giant hair in the middle. We went in to get a replacement sandwich and the cashier was extremely rude and said that we are always at this dunkin, causing issues and demanding refunds. None of that is true. My normal dunkin is Route 50. We never asked for a refund but she refunded us and demanded we leave. We just wanted another sandwich after showing her the sandwich. I will be contacting corporate.
