The staff is terrible; I genuinely thought they had AI robots running the drive-thru. The food is usually undercooked too, so skip that altogether. This is the first time in my life I’ve ever written a negative review, which shows you just how dogwater this place is. The other two Dunkin’s in B-Spa are great, so don’t waste your time with this one.

We went in to get a replacement sandwich and the cashier was extremely rude and said that we are always at this dunkin, causing issues and demanding refunds. None of that is true. My normal dunkin is Route 50. We never asked for a refund but she refunded us and demanded we leave. We just wanted another sandwich after showing her the sandwich. I will be contacting corporate.

They are aways happy and laughing and sometimes even have my coffee ready before I order!!! Great team and great bosses!!! They make my visit quick easy and pleasant!!!

Can't be bothered to even be warm to customers. I know everyone has their own issues going on, but you dont have to be mad at the world. They decided to not get me my drink even though i asked for and paid for 3 items.
