  Started going here every morning as its on my new morning route and I have started to dread it. Every single time I go the workers are mean to me specifically 2 of the workers who also seem to be in charge. While ordering they dont ask follow up questions or use manners at all. I was told at the window that some thing I asked for but they did not enter correctly was going to be an extra charge and I said thats okay and the worker replied with "no its not." i had to argue with her that I was fine paying the charge and she replied "look at all the orders youre holding up." Mind you the next order was my friend in the car with me and there was one car behind me. Another time my drink was rung in a medium and I asked for a large when I said it was wrong at the window I was given an attitude about wanting them to fix it. That day they also substituted an item in my friends drink with out telling her. Today I ordered hash browns with my meal but it again wasn't entered in right and i didnt receive them i told the worker she told me they were in my bag i had to pull out all the items in front of her to show her they werent .So they complained that now there were 3 orders at one window. When I was handed my hash browns I asked if there was ketchup with them and she replied "probably not because you didnt ask for any" then took her greasy hands grabbed a whole bunch of ketchup and and slammed them in to the bag. Again I could have been asked while ordering if I wanted ketchup with them but some how she seemed to make it my fault lol im sick of being gaslight every morning by some cranky old women who seem to hate their lifes and their job. Its a horrible start to the day and honestly dont know how they havent had drinks thrown in their faces yet. I will be bringing this issue to Tom at the corporate office aswell. Not surprised my comment isnt the first one like this. Get rid of the negative energy in the store. Its so sad such a nice store is run by such sour souls.

  It is a Dunkin. The donuts are good. The staff was there, not friendly, not rude. They were a little slow. The place is very new. The table was dirty when I sat down. It does not seem to be kept up very well for such a new place.

  Purchased a coffee for $3.73. I gave the employee $5. My change was $1.25, not $1.27 which is the correct amount and the amount displayed on the register as change. I asked if they stopped giving pennies and was told yes. However, there are no signs that I could see regarding this policy, and I was not informed when I gave the employee the cash. Makes me sad.

  Very bad people there they should be fired for talking to customers the way they do I clearly park in handicap and have a pass the girls in there had a issue should be fired
