I went back to the store to return it and was met with a very rude teenager who seemed to take it personally. She was sighing and was clearly annoyed. I realize she is young but maybe she should be taught how to treat customers. A gentelman came into the store and had the same issue with the prepackaged ice cream and he was met with the same angy attitude. I ordered some fresh ice cream and when I got it home, I had basically the same issue. it was gritty and the flavor was way off. I called the store to leave a message for the owner and was told by the store employee that she was on vacation so I wouldn't be getting a call back. Bad experience....will never buy ice cream from the Miller Place baskin robbins again.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
