  Not understanding the malfunction. Needs new management asap. They are not open posted hours. Wait time way too long. Cold food.

  I go to the food court very very often and I always see the employees being very kind. One of them is John and he is very nice and patient-- they are patient with the disabled groups that often come to the food court. That being said, there is also one rude employee that had told me to "read the sign" when we hadn't even talked yet and I wasn't aware they weren't open to people ordering at the counter yet. But those two other employees that work at the register are saints.

  Everyone who is a fan of Wendy's knows what to expect. I like this particular location because they have never made a single mistake on any of my orders. I don't want to jinx it, but hopefully they maintain their now famous attention to detail. Fries are always hot and fresh, never dealt with soggy or stale anything at this location. Looking for a quick, cheap, and satisfying bite of something delicious, this is the spot, tell them Sark sent you 🤘❤️‍🔥

  The worst!! Slowest service ever! First, I was the only one on-line when I approached the order cashier. A "worker" walked past me a total of 4 times, going to the back area and coming back out, never acknowledging me once, 4 times!. Finally someone came and took my order. Order took forever and while sitting and eating I watched as the line got longer and longer. At least a dozen people got frustrated, gave up waiting, and left the line. Get it together!!!
