  Not understanding the malfunction. Needs new management asap. They are not open posted hours. Wait time way too long. Cold food.

  Wendy's, in my opinion, is hands down the best fast food option right now! We love this place!

  I go to the food court very very often and I always see the employees being very kind. One of them is John and he is very nice and patient-- they are patient with the disabled groups that often come to the food court. That being said, there is also one rude employee that had told me to "read the sign" when we hadn't even talked yet and I wasn't aware they weren't open to people ordering at the counter yet. But those two other employees that work at the register are saints.

  My family and I went to order here and I noticed there was only one worker working. She was rude enough to say she wasn’t taking anymore orders when there was only one family in front of us. It wasn’t even closing time, which was so annoying! I’m just annoyed with the lack of staff here and how they keep closing because they’re so short staffed. They need to get it together if they want to stay in business.
