Then proceeded to tell me if I want it made the way I want hes going to have to charge me 75 cents extra. First I asked for water NOT lemonade which I told him I have severe acid reflux and cannot have lemonade. He shrugged his shoulders and said well if you want it that way I can charge you extra. BEYOND RIDICULOUS, so I asked him for a refund. I said ill go somewhere else and he tells me he owns all of the ones in middletown so good luck! BIGGEST JERK OF AN OWNER AND DISGUSTINGLY RUDE!!!!
- TETiara EvansOct 18, 20251.0Placed an uber order I live down the block what should’ve taken 10 minutes took 40 after the first delivery person was fed up with the wait I got another who also waited very long. After finally getting my order heating it up and sitting down to eat it there is a hair in my sandwich. As you can imagine I was disgusted and immediately went to uber for a refund. As busy as you are you need to ensure quality of preparation and packaging. Not sure if they are wearing hairnets over there but the hats are not cutting it. I’m extremely disappointed.
