  Nothing but discrimination, my Latte was half full and my food was burnt. Horrific customer service Do not recommend anyone to visit here !

  Ordered a double shaken espresso, which is only supposed to made with oat milk, and it was given to me with regular milk. I am allergic to milk and not only can I not drink it, if I did I’d end up in the ER. Thank you to the people sending me a death wish. I don’t understand if the recipe has changed suddenly? But your employees need to realize that food and drinks are going into people bodies and can serious repercussions. The lady taking, giving, and making the order was extremely rude and also asked if I wanted the double shaken espresso hot or iced? Not sure if she is new but the thing that makes it shaken is ice. Please train her to interact with people kindly & how to make a drink that has been on the menu for a year. Really disheartening. Do better.

  So I ordered candy bar frozen coffee and I asked to ADD caramel to it that’s all I said. I went to the window to pay the candy bar frozen coffee and it only had whipped cream and caramel that I asked for but it usually comes with candies and other stuff they put on it also mocha drizzle but it wasn’t what I ordered and one of the workers is telling me that the caramel don’t go on it, I paid for it to be added in it so it can do on it! Like what do u mean? I paid for it! Listen to the customer!

  I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars. The WORST Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to in my life. The employees are disgusting and rude. They can never get the orders right. I ordered a Boston Kreme donut and two hot sandwiches and they through the donut in with the sandwiches. Chocolate melted all over the bag. When I showed the manager all he said was “I won’t give you a replacement since DoorDash refunded you”. I was like would you accept your food like this? Absolutely ridiculous! I will never in my life order from this store again.

  Laziness at it’s finest. Stop by at 7:41 there was an employee pacing back and forth by drive thru yelling “we close in 10 minutes and we only have coffee. The lobby is closed” It’s crazy, I told her I was going to call management and advise them and she affirmed that her manager is aware. No wonder this place is always empty. They need to retrain this people that are getting paid by the our until the shop is closed.
