- SRShirlee RJan 3, 20261.0made a mobile order today at around 2:30 pm at the Dunkin’ at Ben Gilman way. My husband walks in to pickup our order up and notices the coffees are iced. He then told the associate that we had ordered our coffees hot. She then responded with an attitude and said “yes you did” my husband then told her again and her response was the same. I then come into the Dunkin and attempt to explain to the associate that our coffees were supposed to be hot. She was absolutely obnoxious. She then said they do not make it hot. I told her that I had been there earlier in the week and had the coffee hot. She then responded it the most disrespectful way and I quote “no you didn’t” I then said” yes I did”. This went on back and forth for a bit. We then asked again if she could make the coffee hot . Once again she responded in an extremely crude manner. At this point we request a refund, which she said she couldn’t do because there was no manager. She then stated we should come talk to the manager tomorrow. At this point the other female associate begins to yell at us and begins to come forward aggressively. My husband had to put his hand between myself and the coworker because he thought she was attempting to become physical. Needless to say both women were extremely aggressive and discourteous. At this point antother worker comes to intervene. He was the only one that had some common sense and explained how to fix the situation and give us our coffee hot. I am appalled by the manner these two women behaved over coffee and how we were treated as paying customers. I will never go to any Dunkin ever again and I will make sure I let others know. It is evident that these two women should not be working where it is necessary to interact with the public.
