And that spills over on us, the patrons. (No pun intended :-) Those of us in line are happy to be there. The employees seam eager to help. And if there is a mix-up, they go out of their way to make it right; doing so with a smile and an apology. I especially enjoy Twana's efforts. She make a GREAT coffee, no matter what coffee style mood I'm in. (I am really enjoying the pumkin' flavors) Keep it up, Dunkin'! (applause here) Oh, the 4 stars on the food is to keep up the quality. Always a pleasure!
