Customers need to be careful here and they need to be reported to corporate avoid coming here if possible.

I am allergic to milk and not only can I not drink it, if I did I’d end up in the ER. Thank you to the people sending me a death wish. I don’t understand if the recipe has changed suddenly? But your employees need to realize that food and drinks are going into people bodies and can serious repercussions. The lady taking, giving, and making the order was extremely rude and also asked if I wanted the double shaken espresso hot or iced? Not sure if she is new but the thing that makes it shaken is ice. Please train her to interact with people kindly & how to make a drink that has been on the menu for a year. Really disheartening. Do better.

I went to the window to pay the candy bar frozen coffee and it only had whipped cream and caramel that I asked for but it usually comes with candies and other stuff they put on it also mocha drizzle but it wasn’t what I ordered and one of the workers is telling me that the caramel don’t go on it, I paid for it to be added in it so it can do on it! Like what do u mean? I paid for it! Listen to the customer!
