- SSSarah SarahApr 3, 20261.0I’m very disappointed with the service I got today . There were two girls, they were so rude and they were talking to each other the whole time . I didn’t get their name but I got to figure out they are two sisters. The service was poor they need to be fired . Such a popular franchise they should be more careful about selecting their employees. Such a big disappointment , never coming back again because of these two sisters in that location.

When I politely said, “Oh, I wasn’t finished ordering,” she responded with “What now?” in a rude tone. She then told me to hurry up because I was “getting on her nerves,” even though I was simply trying to finish ordering my drink. I wasn’t being difficult at all. I was just placing my order. The interaction felt very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I hope management addresses this, because customers shouldn’t feel rushed or spoken to that way when ordering.
