  i come to this dunkin pretty regularly and the service is always great. the staff is friendly, the store is clean, and orders are made quickly and correctly. theres a girl who wears a blue shirt who always greets me with a smile and remembers my order, which makes all the difference during busy mornings. its nice to be recognized and treated kindly as a regular. overall, this location is reliable and consistent, and i have had nothing but positive experiences here. would definitely recommend!

  I have never been sooo satisfied with a fast food location!!! The staff is the absolute sweetest, they greet you with a smile and have your order ready for you before you're even done ordering. Not to mention the location is so clean! I was amazed at how spotless everything looked. One younger lady guided me with my app, I was completely clueless LOL, but she seemed happy to help so that made me feel welcomed. I enjoyed my cold brew, my donut was fresh and overall had an excellent experience. I highly recommend this location, they got me hooked already haha

  This is the best Dunkin Donuts on middle village, their customer service is so good and quick, all the crew members always are really really nice. They show respect and care about your order they always make sure my order is complete and correctly made it and if I wanna add something to my coffee they Do it!

  I am filing a formal complaint against a Dunkin’ Donuts location. I was a paying customer and purchased food and coffee. The establishment has seating available. When I requested to use the restroom, staff refused access and asked me to leave the store solely because I requested restroom use. This is a violation of NYC Health Code, which requires food establishments with seating to provide restroom access to customers. I am requesting an investigation into this matter. Don get there there girl work there and the man he don’t have no respect I wish can give him 0 star I call the city I complain and I did call Dunkin’ donts customer service I did report

  Last night around 7 PM I go to Dunkin and browse for donuts. I ask about the “Baker’s Choice” donut and didn’t really appeal to me. Then I ask about the Golden Chocolate donut and they said it had some kind of heavy cream inside. That didn’t sound appealing either, So I ask for a Boston Cream. The cashier proceeds to be pushy telling me the Golden Chocolate was good. I get it anyway because it’s the last one. I get home and try the donut, it’s stale and the cream was brown and overly sweet. I couldn’t finish it. He was trying to get rid of that last donut so I was the way to do it. Long story short, Don’t trust their opinion here.
