After being driven from Syracuse to Mexico, having had 35 staples removed, I was told my order would be 25 minutes. Instead of going home, we drove around and came back later. Of all the times I've needed medication, I was disappointed in the wait.

We changed to Kinney when our dissatisfaction with the large, corporate drugstore near us (particularly with the pharmacy) was more than we were willing to accept. Guess they finally closed for a reason. Can’t say enough good things about the difference. Thanks Kinney!

Some people aren't meant for customer service position and that's okay as long as you don't apply for that position. Treat people like you want to be treated. I will be going to another store from now on. The prices are extremely high as well.

Some of the others sound irritated when taking on the phone and lack empathy and make me feel like I'm a bother. When I call. I always hope Ethan answers. Allison the pharmacist is very nice too! The store is very clean and well organized.
