I was having a major issue with a DoorDash delivery, and while DoorDash kept claiming it was the store's fault, she was incredibly professional and kind. She took it upon herself to contact DoorDash, identified that the issue was actually a lack of drivers in my area, and ensured I got my refund. Her customer service is truly top notch, and she handled my frustration with total grace.
