We changed to Kinney when our dissatisfaction with the large, corporate drugstore near us (particularly with the pharmacy) was more than we were willing to accept. Guess they finally closed for a reason. Can’t say enough good things about the difference. Thanks Kinney!

Some people aren't meant for customer service position and that's okay as long as you don't apply for that position. Treat people like you want to be treated. I will be going to another store from now on. The prices are extremely high as well.

There is a sense of nostalgia surrounding the place, with the store's appearance, layout, and employee uniforms reminding me of childhood days, being dragged around shopping by my mother.
