I have been a consistent customer at this location for several years, always having excellent experiences until this morning. At approximately 8:03 A.M., I called the store to place an order. A gentleman who identified himself as Elliott took my call. The interaction proceeded as follows: I inquired if the morning Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) free incentive was still active. Elliott responded, "no we dont have a bogo free, but they are 5$." I sought clarification, asking, "Okay, if I recall, it was a BOGO deal, but can I just buy one for $5?" Reassuring what I heard from Elliot was correct. Instead of answering my clarifying question, Elliott replied with a distinct lack of patience and a dismissive tone: "So are you going to order...orrrrr..." Feeling that I did not deserve this level of service, I requested his name and informed him that I would complete my order in person. I arrived at the cafe at approximately 8:10 A.M. When I asked for Elliott, another associate, Amanda, stated that he had "just left." I had intended to address the interaction directly with him. I believe that employees who represent the company should maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. This experience made me feel that my business was undervalued and signals a significant lapse in your commitment to protecting the positive customer relationship I had previously enjoyed with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I request that this matter be reviewed to ensure proper customer service standards are maintained by all staff.
