We just spent 40 minutes on line while people bumped into each other figuring out where to go and there is no guidance from the staff who looks equally confused.

It’s now older people trying to pay with singles, that take forever and paper bags you get charged for that rip. The staff stands around as people walk around confused not knowing what line to get on, which are self pay. It’s already outdated, Amazon stores you can walk right out and get charged on the app. It took 40 minutes to check out, I won’t go back.

Half the shelves were empty, the carts squeaked like they were in pain, and I waited in line so long I basically aged a year. I asked an employee where the bread was, and they pointed me in three different directions. By the time I found it, it felt like a side quest in a video game. Definitely not coming back unless I want to suffer
