  There is only one place to check in for a play session and it is the same as the line to order smoothies and food. Nobody ever checked me in, I had paid online but it didn't seem like anyone working there cared about checking people in or signing a waiver even though it was the beginning of the new play session. I didn't see anyone else get checked in either, which makes me feel like I paid for my child to play for no reason because no one was checking for payments. The layout is weird. If you are in the café area, you can't really see or speak to your child. You can only see them if you sit directly in front of the glass doors in the front, which are locked and blocked off by the baby section. If you need to speak to your child, you need to walk all the way down past the crowded register area, down the narrow hallway past the bathrooms and around the corner to the door of the play area. Same for if your child wants a bite of food or sip of water, you need to go open the door for them and bring them all the way back around to the table. The play area is good for toddler through kindergarten in terms of the size of the equipment available such as the ball pit and the swings around it and the slide area. However, the layout as I mentioned above is better for older kids since they can let themselves in and out and are safe to walk down the hallway of the café alone. This causes an issue because they are too big for the play area, and they can open the door and leave it open long enough for a toddler to escape. This door leads directly to the back door which opens to the parking lot. This did not seem secure to me. There is not enough seating in the café area for the parents of the children playing. This is not relaxing or enjoyable in any way. I basically had to steal a chair from a child just to have somewhere to sit so I wouldn't be standing around awkwardly. My food got cold because I was spending so much time walking back and forth to check on my child. The cafe area was filled up with older ladies and teen girls just hanging out, not because they had a child playing. Also, some of the tables were pushed together with balloons indicating a birthday party. This did not help with the crowded situation and I would say they should not sell play sessions to others when they have a party scheduled. I could tell everyone was working hard in the Cafe but there was no regard for the play area at all. I feel like I got scammed. My child had fun but got hurt a few times because of rowdy kids and the lack of ability to monitor. Apparently they do have a monitor for the play area on the weekend. I attended the Friday of holiday break which is the same as a weekend since the kids are off from school but they treated it like a normal week day. There are so many play cafés in the area, this one had too many cons for me. I won't be returning.

  First time there • definitely going back. Such a cute cafe. Great service. Yummy food. Clean play area. There were two sections in the play area. Under 2 was perfect for my one year old. And the ball pit / slide was great for my toddler. Really organized and clean. Helpful signage everywhere. The bathrooms were really nice and family friendly. We ordered • Fried cauliflower (sweet spicy🌶️) • Sliders (really good - and gave 3) • kids pizza and nuggets with fries (large portions, served with side, sliced apples and horizon milk) • meal replacement smoothie and PB Berry smoothie, both with protein. I’m excited to venture back and try a cocktail. Such a wonderful environment. The owner was so kind and helpful. Gave me discount codes on the food and play area. Simply, I highly recommend.

  This was our first visit and we had such a fun time. Space is clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. We ordered food as well; the smoothies are really good!

  Nice, newer, kids play place in merrick that is attached to a small eatery. Stopped in here with my 2 year old who had a great time. Now its not the biggest spot, but everything was clean and there was plenty for him to do. The attached food spot has a nice smoothie bar, coffee options, and even some alcohol options. They have a nice food menu and a separate spot to sit when you eat. Service was nice and friendly. Definitely recommend if your looking for a cool spot to take your kids.

  Booked this venue for my daughter’s third birthday and I was beyond satisfied!! First and foremost, the staff is incredible! The playroom attendants legit learned every child’s name at the party and kept every kid safe in the play area - they really care about the experience! On top of that, the set up was beautiful and planning made seamless - from decor to goodie bags, I literally showed up to a beautiful event, my kind of planning! Most importantly, the owner, Crystal, is an absolute gem! My daughter got the flu for her birthday weekend and Crystal worked with us to reschedule and ensure we had a safe, fun, AND healthy event. I cannot wait to go back here, HIGHLY recommend!
