When I order in person they take my allergy (celiac) seriously, I really wish there was a way to mention allergies when ordering online!! The only gluten in the restaurant is the buns, so the fryer and fries are safe. The lettuce wrap (instead of a gluten bun) are really good and hold up so well. Thank you for having quality safe food for celiacs!
