I didn’t think it was a big deal but I just went back to just get it corrected anyway since I was still in my car. When I go back, I tell the super nice cashier that he just rung me up wrong. Then here comes the rude manager, a woman she says to him thinking I don’t hear oh well she got a lot of food anyways. I did not get a lot of food. I got two tacos and you’re allowed to choose as many toppings as you want and I got beans, rice onions with my meat, ma’am so then I tell this rude manager you know I heard you talking crap about me right in front of my face and she deflects saying oh she was just talking about how the new employee over scooped my food. I told her no she didn’t. I come to chipotle all the time! she did not over scoop my food. I watched her she did a great job and she didn’t skimp me, which is good. How about you guys NOT hire management that does not know how to deal with customers? How dare you think you can talk about someone right in front of their face? I spend so much money on gift cards for myself! for chipotle! I’m just gonna stop because at this point it’s not worth it. Hospitality down the drain, management down the drain, food quality down the drain unless you go early when they open!
