I didn’t catch the other employee’s name, but I wish I had — her attitude left a lot to be desired. If you’re out of all the protein, it’s best to notify the cook when food is running low. That way, when customers arrive, you can politely let them know that more is being prepared, rather than saying the cook “has other things to do” and hasn’t gotten to it yet. That kind of response makes a poor impression and would have earned only 1 star. Thankfully, Evelyn stepped in and made sure I received what I came for. She ensured everything was fresh, was very polite, professional, and truly understands great customer service. Evelyn, thank you! I truly appreciate your excellent service and your warm smile. I hope to see you on my next visit. 😊
