Born in Astoria, Queens in July 2017, Chip City began as a hobby between two childhood friends as they sought to recreate the simple taste of their childhood. What began as a fun challenge to see who could create the best cookie turned into the Chip City we know and love today.

I’ve always had a pleasant time during my visits at the other Chip City’s Long island has to offer, but this by far was my worst experience ever. Once entering this store I wasn’t even greeted which is biggie, but when I decided to order 2 boxes for my family I was met with loud sighs and disgusted looks by the staff, specially the chubby blonde person (Cannot tell if they are a man or a women). They rung up my 2 boxes then continued to throw them instead of handing them to me. My son went back in to get some napkins when he overhead the staff talk poorly about me and my husband. Is this the type of staff you want representing your company?? Shame !!!

What are the owners of this franchise thinking? I hope they, too, will be behind their desks all day while their families celebrate without them!! I, personally, do not want to support a company that does not respect their employees.
