It say open 24hrs but I came the employee was just seating in lobby doing nothing, I pulled up to drive thru kept saying hello to order he did not answer. When I pulled up to the window to order i asked if I should go around because he did not answer he told me" im busy here , how you want me to help you" I asked you busy? He answered "yes you want to order or no" I said thanks and drove away... that would be my first time and im glad I did not waist my money and will never come back again.

And when asked if she could just sell the topping like it says on the menu she had an attitude and kept ignoring. When I pulled up to the window she was talking on the phone “supposedly to the manager” whom i requested to speak with. And she says “ I don’t want you to touch my phone just speak” giving weird racist vibes. If that even was the manager on the phone she does not run that place well, because the worker seems extremely entitled like she can just treat customers however she wants bc she knows the manager personally. Extremely disgusting way to run a business. Corporate honestly needs to further look into this location bc clearly it’s failing.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
