  Customer service was disappointing. Took a while for someone to take my order. I ordered tea and munchkins, simple. The employee at the register rang me up and then turned away to do something else. I waited because I thought he’d come back to give me the receipt. I finally said something and another employee says “What are you waiting for?”. I said “I didn’t see any charge go through, I have no receipt, I’m waiting for this order to be completed.” He sighed, shook his head, reluctantly printed the receipt and turned away to do something else, mumbling under his breath. I had to reach and take the receipt from the printer! These two young men were more focused on the mobile orders than the actual human being in front of them. Like I said, service was quite disappointing. Update: I was given the wrong tea😭

  Went to Dunkin today and I met up with a friend. I got in and had questions about something on the menu the guys at the counter were rude, snippy and annoyed. My food/drink was fine. But, I went up to the counter again to get water the guy gave me a hard time. I also mentioned politely that the bathroom was dirty and it smelled like pee and poop. I really had to go b/c I had a big drink. The guy wouldn’t address my concern, also there was no lock on the door. I thought Dunkin was good but now it’s not great b/c they can’t keep their facilities clean and the servers are rude. Please you are better off going to Duck Donuts, Tim Hortons, a bakery or Ralph’s Only two stars because the taste of the food and drink was good. But, everything else one star.
