  This review is specifically for Jeffery who went above and beyond to keep a customer, correct an issue I had with the Roast beef sandwich quite a few times, so much so I took a break from this place for awhile. I came back 2 weeks ago and had the same experiences 2x during takeout and dine in. I called after my takeout and Jeffery picked up, I explained the situation, showed him pictures and He was so nice, professional and caring. Jeffery Rectified the situation immediately..it’s because of him that I will continue to come back. It’s So Refreshing to speak to someone who doesn’t sound like a robot & brush you off but actually helps resolve a problem. The owner should be happy he has Jeffery to represent this location.

  Walking by on Babylon Village This new spot caught our attention Place is clean Staff is over the top friendly, nice Gave recommendations on what to get & upgrades available The food was good in portions, taste & presentation Would recommend I got the chicken salad & the pickled onions & avocado were the start of this show! The potion is big& it had a lot of chicken (I asked for crispy instead of grilled) We also for the sweet potato tots, ask for their garlic aioli & wow! So good! My husband got the Cuban sandwich & he loved it. He got his with regular fries & he dipped them in the house sauce which was so good too!

  Use to get sandwiches all the time from here, but moved out of state. Today, I asked if when they delivered the food to someone, that they write a nice “thinking of you note”. The woman was so helpful, I didn’t get her name, but she wrote exactly what I wanted and she told me she’d make sure it would get sent to the third party delivery driver…sure enough, it did!! Thank you for your time and for making sure the order was lovingly sent!!
