  I WAS VERBALLY AND ALMOST ASSAULTED By a Manager WHO THREW A BLENDER AT ME AND TODAY . IM DISGUSTED AND EMBARRASSED AND IN SHOCK I HAVE NEVER WITNESSED ANYTHING LIKE THIS . TODAY 2/25/26 around 5pm I was doing a Uber Eats delivery pick up order and the cashier/ employee/ manager . Was very disrespectful to me for no reason at all . I was patiently waiting for my order and when I came into the store she asked me what I was he for I showed her my phone she then goes to the back to prepare she while I'm waiting a few minutes she comes backs and asked me again if I'm waiting for something. I told her I just showed you and confirmed with you that I'm here to pick up an order for the said name . She walks away then tells the employee to hurry up and give him his order he thinks the only or something and calls me a moron to her employee and when she walked away I asked her nicely what did you say ? I asked the employee what she said he ignored me and so I looked over the counter into the back and asked her what she said because I was in disbelief that she called me a moron she then proceeds to yell at me and tells me to get out . Before even handing me the customers paid delivery order . I said what your name and your managers number she then starts yelling she's the manager and didn't want to give me her name or owners number . So she starts yelling more things the other employee hands me the food and I begin to walk out as I'm walking out she's still saying things to me through the window I see her yelling she sticks up her middle finger and I stick up my middle finger back and I go back to the door entrance and ask her what's her issue she then proceeds to yell and grabbed a blender throws the blender with full force at me while I'm by the door . I then look at the only two customers sitting down eating asking them if they see her doing this to me I was in disbelief and shocked and embarrassed she starts Yelling get out she grabs another blender and walks around the counter with it as if she is going to hit me with it I begin to exit out the door I thought I was in danger and I proceed to leave and tell her I will be back with the police after I drop my delivery order from Uber Eats off she was still yelling cursing . I then came back to the scene and waited across from the business at a Starbucks because I didn't want any issues and called the cops and filed a complaint . I have never had anything happen to me like this . I never rushed her for my order didn't speak to her rudely or anything . I use to work for tropical smoothie when it was at its first location near Walt Whitman mall for almost 6 years When the owners name was Jeff . I also work in food and hospitality for over 12 yrs plus and I've never witnessed anything like this . This woman needs to be fired and held accountable for her actions towards me and doing this in front of paying customers and employees. I need to speak to the owner ASAP to make sure she doesn't do this again

  Staff… say hello, how can I help you? Thank you have a nice day? Like be a human? Grunted at me when I walked in and didn’t say a word besides “8.91”, then gave me a smoothie that tastes like water. No more tropical smoothie for me, I’ll just burn a 10 dollar bill and drink a cup of water. I’ve fired staff for less. Get a grip.
