  Just waisted 30 minutes on an hour break to find out the store was closed. There was nothing on the app that said the store was closed and only a poorly handwritten sign on the drive thru speaker. And now I have to wait up to a week for my money back. This isn't the time of year to be playing with people's money.

  The service here was great!!! I came here late on a Christmas Eve night and ordered from the self-kiosk for a dine-in meal. I had a big order, of which one item was a McDouble, part of a McDeal. There was an option to remove patties, so I selected to remove one (I didn't want double patties). They ended up serving me two buns and ketchup with ZERO patties... I guess removing "one" meant removing the entire "unit" of double patties, making it zero. It's really odd that would even be a possible option. Anyways, I called out to a manager to say I was missing a patty. He came over immediately and verified the order and misunderstanding, then gave me a replacement within two minutes for free. I didn't even get a chance to ask for the replacement, because he went to work on it right away. He was very kind throughout the whole process. I loved that. My family member was also taking some pictures of me by the holiday decorations, and he offered to take photos of both of us. Unfortunately I don't know the manager's name, and I'm only assuming he was a manager. But I really appreciate the speedy service and kindness they offered throughout my time here. Many thanks to the rest of the staff for bringing out the large order very quickly too. I hope everyone there has a happy holiday and new year.

  I was lucky enough to be there the first day of the Grinch meals with the toddler I nanny! I had no idea the Grinch would be there! Great friendly staff, both I & my toddler truly enjoyed it & the tree was all Grinch & beautiful!

  The guy at the drive thru window sucks. He was there around 9:30pm date 11/15/25. Our bag ripped mid hand off doesn't give us a another bag or offer us another one. He forgot part of our meal. Which included my child's food. I tried calling the store twice let it ring for a while and no one picked up. Thanks for sucking.
