  I know I'm not allowed to say this.No one spoke english , they gave me half a glass of sweet tea...lthey didn't know what I was talking about , I'll never go back there what horrible horrible horrible service

  I like this place, the employees are very considered in waiting to take the order, I do not know because many people make many complaints, if sometimes they are the ones who make the employees angry, the last time I was, I saw a lady was changing her order a lot and when they finally gave her the order she was angry because it was not everything she had asked for, I mean, God, if you are going to eat, decide what to eat and then make the seriously order, my respects to those who have to put up with those people.I know that it is their money but they just do their job they have to be more considerate, thank you to all the employees for their attention

  The service here was great!!! I came here late on a Christmas Eve night and ordered from the self-kiosk for a dine-in meal. I had a big order, of which one item was a McDouble, part of a McDeal. There was an option to remove patties, so I selected to remove one (I didn't want double patties). They ended up serving me two buns and ketchup with ZERO patties... I guess removing "one" meant removing the entire "unit" of double patties, making it zero. It's really odd that would even be a possible option. Anyways, I called out to a manager to say I was missing a patty. He came over immediately and verified the order and misunderstanding, then gave me a replacement within two minutes for free. I didn't even get a chance to ask for the replacement, because he went to work on it right away. He was very kind throughout the whole process. I loved that. My family member was also taking some pictures of me by the holiday decorations, and he offered to take photos of both of us. Unfortunately I don't know the manager's name, and I'm only assuming he was a manager. But I really appreciate the speedy service and kindness they offered throughout my time here. Many thanks to the rest of the staff for bringing out the large order very quickly too. I hope everyone there has a happy holiday and new year.
