The heavier set woman working the other half of the food station was rude, everytime I added an item she would sigh as if this isn’t apart of her job. The cashier didn’t provide my receipt and I had to ask twice for my free pita bread. Overall, the experience felt like the workers where rushing people and didn’t care to do their job.

Tables were dirty/disgusting, the ice machine ran out and was emptied onto the tray. The garbage was overflowing that we couldn’t throw our food in. And to make things worse the bathroom was gross and no soap?? Are they ok what is going on?? These corporations need to stop being so cheap and hire more staff. If this is how they treat cleanliness it makes me question how to treat food safety. We were extremely disappointed in the appearance of the location. This is no blame to the employees, you can tell they had a long day and are just trying to get through but CAVA get it to together. Where is the standard?? We won’t be coming back.
