The food is good but it is a very poorly run establishment. If improvements are made there is a lot of potential here but currently the managment is so poor that entering here feels like entering a mad house with people screaming everywhere and a woman , who I assume is the general manager, belittling the employees, very loudly, in front of the customers. Hopefully the environment will imporve because the food is good and as I said before there is a lot of potenital but right now I cannot reccomed this establishment.

I came to this Cava on Sunday. When I went to the bathroom and over heard a manager named (Dave, I didn’t see the name tag correctly) talking to minor about buying her Vapes who also works at Cava. The General manager should look into their employees because that’s truly unacceptable.

The management here is extremely unprofessional. I watched a manager named Eileen/Aileen publicly scold a staff member and a delivery driver during my visit. It was loud, unnecessary, and made everyone in the building uncomfortable. It’s hard to enjoy your experience when you’re watching someone be bullied.It was unprofessional, incredibly awkward to witness, and frankly, it ruined our visit. I hope ownership addresses how staff are treated, as no one should be spoken to that way in public I won't be returning.

I got a bowl from here and decided to give the tahini caesar a try over my chicken and rice. I had a deadly allergic reaction, ended up in the hospital with two rounds of epi-pen. Hives from head to toe. I am traumatized and allergies should be prioritized more for reasons like this. Cava please do better.

Been craving cava for these past few days. And I got there and it was closed! On a Sunday afternoon! That was heartbreaking because I love their food. I used to go to it for my Lunch break out in the westbury location. There was one time the customer service was terrible. I wanted something that was on the menu and the person taking my order was trying to convince me that what I wanted specifically was not on the menu meanwhile I was looking up right at it. LOL. That’s was just crazy. But besides all this mess I have felt with CAVA. The food still good. Just wish they had better customer service I guess. And keep their word on being open during hours that’s on the Google info!!!
