They weren’t planning to fix it at all until I filed complaints with the NY Attorney General, the BBB, and corporate. So yes… they knowingly sold drinks they could not make and took people’s money anyway. If you’ve ordered espresso drinks recently, you were almost definitely ripped off. Check your receipts — and speak up, because this only got addressed after formal complaints.
