This one should be successful but it is poorly run and you cannot see it easily! I live in the area and have driven past it accidentally on numerous occasions because there is no sign, set back from the road, and has a row of bushes along the road. This is probably why they have such a small staff as well, because no one even notices that it's there. There is usually only 2 people working in the building, which makes everything take forever. I place pick up orders on the website and then often have to sit in the parking lot or stand inside for 5-10 minutes waiting for my food when I ordered 10 minutes prior to arriving. I stopped going through the drive-thru after an incident where the lights were on and the building was supposed to be open, but no one would respond at the drive thru. I love dairy queen and we visit the one in Medford often, but this one needs major changes if they want to succeed in this spot.
