- LVLenore VanascoOct 27, 20253.0This dairy queen is sadly going to go out of business if they don't change something fast! The one in Medford is constantly busy. This one should be successful but it is poorly run and you cannot see it easily! I live in the area and have driven past it accidentally on numerous occasions because there is no sign, set back from the road, and has a row of bushes along the road. This is probably why they have such a small staff as well, because no one even notices that it's there. There is usually only 2 people working in the building, which makes everything take forever. I place pick up orders on the website and then often have to sit in the parking lot or stand inside for 5-10 minutes waiting for my food when I ordered 10 minutes prior to arriving. I stopped going through the drive-thru after an incident where the lights were on and the building was supposed to be open, but no one would respond at the drive thru. I love dairy queen and we visit the one in Medford often, but this one needs major changes if they want to succeed in this spot.
