  Certainly! Here’s a revised version of your message: --- If I could give a negative star, I would. My boyfriend's medication is due today according to both the online system and the bottle, but the pharmacy claims he picked it up a week late. This means he has gone without his medication for a whole week, which is highly unlikely given his need for it. I do not recommend Kinney’s Pharmacy in Massena, New York. Unfortunately, they seem to have a monopoly in this area. This is not the first issue we've encountered; three years ago, a pharmacist insulted my boyfriend within earshot, not realizing we were listening. Their system shows that the medication was due on the 18th, which means his insurance would cover it today. However, they continue to argue with him and essentially accuse him of lying, despite me being there to confirm everything. It's frustrating, and we feel powerless in this situation. Moreover, the customer service has been incredibly unprofessional. One staff member was particularly arrogant over the phone, adding to the distress of this whole ordeal. And to top it off, it's not even a controlled substance! While their commercials portray them as helpful, my experience with this local store has been the opposite. I’ve heard numerous complaints from others in town with similar issues. If you have the option, I strongly recommend driving elsewhere for pharmacy needs. This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and care, which is disappointing. Having worked in the next town over pharmacy myself, I understand how things can go behind the counter, and I can confirm it's as bad as people say.

  Use them as my pharmacy and, always have a problem with getting our scripts each month. For instance this month... Or doctor sent in meds the 31st and Kinneys said they didn't have anything for us. Well called them Monday and somehow they said they've had then that for pay 2 days?! How is that possible when we were told nothing there?
