  My fist time their i asked the girl behind the counter I only want wings she asked do I want boneless or on the bone I told her on the bone I get home and ince again no one listens 4 drum sticks one wing to add insult they were pink inside ong this place is a disaster

  I did deliver 2 bone less meals deals and they combined all the chickens together i ordered them separately with 4 flavors five of each i picked my flavors for each deal and they put 2 flavors in each container when i order it was suppose to be separate. when i called they said sorry. it a care in the world never ordering from there every again

  This is the WORST experience I have ever had at any restaurant period. Me and one of my buddies wanted to get some food on break, so we tried to call in our order from work. Phone lines said they were down, so we drove over to try and place the order. As a worker approached me I said “I tried to call but your phone lines aren’t working.” The worker then proceeded to tell me leave the store, told me he wasn’t going to serve me because “I know what I did”. I don’t know how you guys run a restaurant or how you train your employees, but that is completely unacceptable. I will be calling corporate offices to leave a formal complaint. I have never seen/heard of employees treating PAYING CUSTOMERS like this. I have gone to this Wingstop multiple times since it opened and I have never been treated like this. Absolutely disgusting.

  This place gave me food poisoning!! Never again! I usually order from wingstop Lindenhurst, I didn’t realize the order was from this place. I never had problems with them until this Sunday. Got sick right away, till this day!

  If my kids had it their way, we’d be at Wingstop in Massapequa at least once a week—and honestly, I don’t blame them. This place has some of the best wings around. The variety alone keeps everyone happy: classic hot, garlic parmesan, honey BBQ, lemon pepper, spicy Korean, and so many more. Every flavor is bold, consistent, and absolutely delicious. The wings come out hot, crispy, and perfectly cooked every single time. What I really love is how quick and easy the whole experience is. Whether we order ahead or walk in, the service is friendly, efficient, and on point. The staff is always upbeat and helpful, and you can tell they really care about getting the food just right. The fries are another family favorite—seasoned perfectly and addictive! And if you’re a dipping-sauce person, this is your heaven. Ranch, blue cheese, honey mustard… everything tastes fresh and homemade. My kids treat Wingstop like a weekly tradition, and I’ve started looking forward to it just as much as they do. Great wings, great flavors, great people—what more can you ask for? Wingstop in Massapequa has definitely earned its spot as our go-to wing place.
