  I really can't take them anymore. Every time they come, no matter how many customers there are, they are always very slow and lazy.

  I placed a pickup order before 9 PM and received confirmation that my order was accepted. When I arrived at the location, the doors were locked due to a supposed “technical issue,” despite the fact that my order and several others were clearly still being accepted and visibly displayed on the system screens. This location consistently has issues, and this experience further reflects the ongoing lack of professionalism and accountability. The first person I spoke with was the manager, a male employee. He told me to cancel the order myself and claimed I would receive a refund within 15 minutes. Immediately after saying this, he laughed, slammed the glass window in my face, and walked away. This behavior was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable especially from someone in a management position. I stepped outside and attempted to cancel the order, but the system did not allow me to do so. I then spoke with another associate, who told me the restaurant had closed an hour earlier. If that were true, there is no explanation for why orders were still being accepted and displayed on the system. The manager made no effort to resolve the situation, take responsibility, or treat me with basic respect. Instead, he dismissed the issue and mocked a paying customer. This reflects very poorly on the management and overall operation of this location. This location repeatedly demonstrates poor management, lack of communication, and ongoing operational issues. I remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction, and the treatment I received was unacceptable. This matter should be taken seriously. Customers should not be laughed at, dismissed, or forced to deal with problems caused by your staff and systems. This location, and especially its management, needs immediate improvement.
