The staff didn’t cancel the order for me, he asked me to contact the customer service for refund. Can’t imagine how poor the service is. They could’ve informed us or cancelled the order before I showed up

Additionally, even though I arrived during business hours, the staff member on duty didn’t allow me to dine in..”“since it was closing in 30 minutes”” I also want to mention that he attempted to charge me an extra $1 for a Celsius drink, even though it was already paid for in my online order. I’ve always appreciated the quality and service of Subway, but sadly, this was my first bad experience, and I left feeling disappointed.

Food looked and tasted slopped together. We were here last year,and the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and took great care in making my sandwich. Such a difference!
