  Cleaned, organized, and friendly staff. The lines are a little long but patience is a virtue. There is parking in the roof and a elevator. Also, right now their printer is broken for edible images12/15/2025 at the bakery department.

  I mainly shop at Stop & Shop for the Brooklyn Delights Chocolate Chip Cookies and when they have the chicken nuggets on sale. It’s actually hard to find these cookies anywhere else, so I usually come here specifically for them. They also have good deals on the nuggets from time to time, which makes it worth the stop. Overall, it’s a convenient place for the items I buy most.

  I use to love this store. Ask anyone that works there how nice and pleasant I am and they will tell you. A short while ago I was violated there by their security and sure that their customer management told this young man to do this. I am shaking now with anxiety still!!!! It took this while to get myself to do this!!! It took ne a couple days to go in a make a complaint and when i did their manager seon hall would not let me file a comaint and did not take me serious. Very unprofessional and rude it was nsulting. When i went back that day to get the names of the 2 women. Hilda asks why am i asking her name denies being there and that she didnt tell the young guy to do it! So either she was warned by seon or the other woman was guilty. Carolyn wouldnt give me her name said she was on the phone with that security company that moment and tbey would contact me. When i asked her name agian she turned away so i could read her badge and said im busy! No one has appologized.Not one person. I am so upset and been crippled with anxiety since. Not to mention i was dealing with a death of a family member when this happen and sat 3pm with a packed store in front of friends amd neighbors. No one says hello to me in there anymore now and i go to key food when stop and shop is a block away. Im so sick and tired of people covering for people and sweeping under the rug. Not even this securtity company has contacted and this happen in september! I was trying to a better person and let it go but i am damaged here and Im sick of be treated like garbage! I think i have to call a lawyer about this. This store crapped on me an my life!
