  I visited Chipotle on April 11th around 5:30 PM with my wife and daughter, expecting a quick and enjoyable meal, but the experience was very disappointing. Despite there being no line, we waited about five minutes before being acknowledged. The employee who assisted us — a staff member with blonde hair, glasses, and noticeable ear gauges — came across as dismissive and uninterested from the start. During the ordering process, I felt rushed while trying to choose my toppings, as if I was being pressured to move along. On top of that, the portions were noticeably skimpy — I was given a minimal amount of rice and had to ask the cashier to add more, which shouldn’t be necessary. Overall, the service lacked basic professionalism and customer care. Experiences like this leave a negative impression and reflect poorly on the business. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving both service attitude and consistency.

  I’m a frequent customer in this place service is always fast. Friendly crew .Portions are really big. I do recommend this place.

  I picked up 3 orders and each order was under portioned by a lot. Like what is this? This is half the portion of a regular bowl. Paying $14 for this is absolutely absurd. Plus, lettuce tastes old and the people working there are not respectful.

  Portions were really small, sadly. I still love Chipotle, but this location feels super strict—they’re basically counting every grain of rice, every piece of meat, and even the lettuce in your bowl.

When I ordered rice, she barely added any to my bowl, prompting me to request extra. Instead of a generous scoop, she only used the tip of the spoon, which felt quite insufficient. As I continued my order, asking for beans and chicken, I noticed a significant lack of portion size. I received only about six pieces of chicken, leading me to question if she was joking. Her response was that my portion was standard, which felt dismissive given the context. While I understand that everyone has their struggles and not every day at work is easy, the experience left much to be desired. I decided to forgo the bowl altogether and mentioned that I would be heading to a different establishment nearby, one that I hoped would offer a better experience. It’s important to recognize that customer service can be impacted by personal challenges, and I genuinely empathize with her situation. However, I believe that a little extra care in portioning and customer interaction can go a long way in creating a positive dining experience.
