I then asked for them to just replace it with loaded hashbrowns they asked what kind i wanted (regular queso or chipotle) to which i clarified i wanted regular queso with extra queso and bacon so that maybe it would come close to the price of the sandwich i will not get refunded for. Instead, when i got to the window the lady was very rude and asked if i got some green drink i said no i had the pickup order, gave her my name and she still came back with the wrong drink. I told her again the name for the order and what it was she came back with the right drink and the other food in the bag. When i went to eat my loaded hashbrowns they had chipotle sauce AFTER MULTIPLE CLARIFICATIONS. very disappointed in the service and competence. Will never go to marcy dunkin again.

All the staff greet you with big smiles and genuine happiness. It's always so nice to visit. Great job all around.
