They completely forgot our order for 20 minutes and we had to tell them 3 times about the missing items. Only one of the girls was actually trying to help us the rest were getting upset at us for the inconvenience.
- AVAllie VancourtOct 30, 20251.0Went here this morning after placing an online order. Went to the window where the worker yelled and said they didn’t have sourdough for my sandwich, fine, whatever. I then asked for them to just replace it with loaded hashbrowns they asked what kind i wanted (regular queso or chipotle) to which i clarified i wanted regular queso with extra queso and bacon so that maybe it would come close to the price of the sandwich i will not get refunded for. Instead, when i got to the window the lady was very rude and asked if i got some green drink i said no i had the pickup order, gave her my name and she still came back with the wrong drink. I told her again the name for the order and what it was she came back with the right drink and the other food in the bag. When i went to eat my loaded hashbrowns they had chipotle sauce AFTER MULTIPLE CLARIFICATIONS. very disappointed in the service and competence. Will never go to marcy dunkin again.

I understand they have a policy not to fill it up if a customer wants light ice, but this is ridiculous, it's 1/2 empty and does not have appropriate amount of syrup. I tried calling them, there was no answer. We didn't get the receipt either.
