  Please pay attention to milk substitutions!! I’m writing this because this is the second time my order was made with regular milk instead of the oat milk I asked for. I deal with Alpha-gal, so dairy causes an inflammatory reaction for me. It’s disappointing to have to keep double-checking my drink because the staff isn't following the order! Total disrespect and laziness! It even says oat milk on the receipt on the cup!

  The gentleman working behind the counter should not be in the service industry. Extremely rude and short with customers. Got a simple order wrong and when I asked for it to be corrected he walked away.

  Zero stars!!! Stay Away!!! Service is the absolute worse. Always have to wait. Service is beyond slow. Usually one person doing everything while one person sits in the back. Manager is very rude and obnoxious when asked about service. Not customer friendly at all. Also not the cleanest looking store for an establishment that serves food.

  Only one server, but he kept the line going and coped with online orders for pickup too. Good thing there were relatively few walk up customers
