This is my first time at this location. Sadly, it was not a good experience. The young lady took my order and while I waited I went to get my coffee and the House Blend was empty. When I let the girl who took my order know came across as if I was bothering her. She then removes the empty container and it took several minutes for her to return with a fresh one and in the meantime my order got cold! So now I look for the creamer and another employee who was cleaning up a spill pointed to it...it was half and half...I told her that I wanted creamer. She insisted that it was creamer...but it was labeled 1/2&1/2. I told her out of frustration that this place really sucks and I would let someone know so here I am. As a 76 year old woman, I am very even tempered but this experience was truly disappointing! And it was not busy so that is no excuse!
